Our Clinical Director, a highly experienced registered nurse, leads our healthcare team with grace and dedication. She oversees all aspects of our residents’ health care needs, from medication management to coordinating with external healthcare providers.

Our Caregiving Staff is the heart of Hallie’s Homes Baltimore. These individuals, made up of certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, and home health aides, provide the personalized, round-the-clock support our residents require. Their passion for their work shines through in the exceptional care they provide every day.

Our Life Enrichment Coordinator is the mastermind behind our diverse calendar of activities. From music therapy sessions to craft classes, he ensures there’s always something engaging and fulfilling for our residents to participate in.

The Culinary Team, helmed by a professional chef, designs and prepares nutritious, delicious meals catering to individual dietary needs. Their work doesn’t just nourish the body—it brings joy to our residents’ day and creates a sense of community.

Our Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff keep our home clean, comfortable, and safe. They’re the unsung heroes, working behind the scenes to ensure our living spaces are beautiful and functional.

Last but not least, our Administrative Team is the backbone of our organization. They handle everything from admissions to billing, always ready to lend a hand and answer any questions our residents or their families might have.
